  • It is important to note that every role in any industry has multiple dimensions and is not simply associated with just 1 or 2 skills. In some cases, if certain core skills don’t align between the assessment performance and our results that means that there is lower alignment, not high enough to match.
  • Our assessment captures the current applicability of skills in situations and derives defined metrics from interests & preferences meaning – it can point out how you understand, interpret, analyze, and manage situations. This is exceptionally valuable for the route ahead.
  • Most importantly – trying to look for / expect a high % number across skills, job matches etc is NOT advised. Please understand clearly that especially for students, when you see a match % ranging from 50 - 60%, while the number looks small it is actually a really big plus point. As a student, you have not formally ever experienced the real - life professional environment, yet even now, this would be considered as a huge alignment with what organizations need and expect which is absolutely fantastic!
