General Alignment
Industry & Department
How exactly does this work?
Our methodology analyses the skill levels and metrics derived from preferences and maps them with the skillsets and metrics required for industries, departments, divisions, job roles.
Core Skills we’ve identified earlier are provided the highest weightage since job related core skills are almost
non -negotiable skills for the role.
Preference derived metrics such as risk, environments, social extent etc. are equally important to match the right paths. Here, however, the industries and departments showcased are larger “General” fits. We will showcase further in - depth career options in the next section.
These industries showcased are matched on the basis of industry average skills and other metrics related primarily to the technical departments only. Within these industries there are a large number of options career wise.
